Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including to Canada or other countries.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
  • Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

Each item — including keychains, metal ornaments, and decorative pieces — is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.


Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic)

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High-volume periods (holidays or peak seasons)

We appreciate your understanding, as proper packaging and handling are essential to protect small metal and decorative items during transit.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS.

In certain cases, depending on package size, weight, or destination, we may use alternative carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Tracking information will remain available throughout the delivery process.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or is marked as “delivered” but not received, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom)
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

If the package is still not located, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number

We will assist by working with the carrier to investigate and provide updates.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer unless loss is confirmed by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details
